These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Tactical Airsoft Shop. Tactical Airsoft Shop must receive payment of the whole price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.

Once payment has been received Tactical Airsoft Shop will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Tactical Airsoft Shop’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.

Tactical Airsoft Shop is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price or to cancel the order altogether.

General Terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre-release orders and our added-value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.

These terms and conditions only cover the Tactical Airsoft Shop website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Payment Details
Tactical Airsoft Shop accepts payment by PayPay, Klarma, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

Upon receiving your order Tactical Airsoft Shop carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfill the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation check. Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of the items in your order. Your card will not be debited for items in your order which have not been dispatched.

Availability Of Goods You Order
If Tactical Airsoft Shop has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Tactical Airsoft Shop from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Tactical Airsoft Shop will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Tactical Airsoft Shop will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.

Please note: we endeavor to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.

Changes To This Agreement
Tactical Airsoft Shop reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

General Terms & Conditions
Please check your consignment before signing for it as we are not liable for damage during transit. The Customer signature is an acknowledgment that the goods arrived in good condition and have not been damaged during transit.

Conditions Of Use
Tacticalairsoftshop.co.uk provides services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Tactical Airsoft UK Ltd, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Return Policy
If any item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify Tactical Airsoft UK Ltd within 24 hours of receipt via email or telephone. Once we have accepted the item for return, postage is at the customer’s expense. All items are checked before dispatch, to avoid damaged or faulty items being sent. We cannot refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without the original box, manual and or accessories.

We will only offer a refund on goods that are returned to us in the same condition within 14 days of delivery (unless faulty) this includes the display packaging that the goods are sold in. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. In the event of goods being returned as faulty which are subsequently found to be working properly, we will not refund shipping costs. Faulty goods can be returned to us after the 14-day period but we reserve the right to offer a replacement or credit instead of a refund. There will be a re-stocking fee of 10% for any goods returned.

Defects or damage to the product caused by accident, negligence, misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or alteration will not be refunded or exchanged.

Pyrotechnics products can only be purchased in-store only!!, DO NOT PLACE ORDERS ONLINE FOR PYROTECHNICS, THIS WILL INCUR a 10% REFUND CHARGE.

IN THE EVENT AN ITEM(S) IS RETURNED TO US, THE ITEM(S) MUST BE SECURELY WRAPPED.

PLEASE BUBBLE WRAP OR BOX THE ITEM(S) UP IN ADDITIONAL PACKAGING, IF AN ITEM(S) RETURNED TO US IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT NOT PACKED CORRECTLY NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.

We supply a 7-day money-back guarantee on unused, sealed and goods in a new resalable condition with all manuals and accessories. The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use. The item needs to be complete when returning including all accessories, original box and manuals.

AEG: 2 weeks (This only covers the gearbox, there is no warranty on electrical components e.g. mosfet).

Please Note: IF BATTERIES & CHARGERS SUPPLIED IN THE BOX WITH ITEMS AND ANY ACCESSORIES CLASSED AS FREE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED from our normal warranty

The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use.

In the event of a warranty claim is made we will collect, repair and return the item free of charge within the first 7 days. Outside 7 days we only cover parts and labor, not the cost of postage to return the item.

In the event of a warranty claim, please first notify us by email and enclose the original invoice with the returned item

No warranty or refund can be processed without the original invoice.

In the event of an item is sent to us within 7 days and the item is not faulty for example; batteries not charged or incorrect ammo used then a charge with be made for the return postage and the collection postage if applicable, this charge can vary depending on the invoice address

We will not refund items that are not complete, with original packaging, or in re-sealable condition.

We cannot refund an item that is faulty that we have offered to repair if the item then becomes unwanted unless the item is in a new re-saleable condition including all packaging, but this does not include 2-tone AEG’s. If the above is requested and the item is not in a new condition we will charge a restocking fee up to the difference of re-stocking the item at its saleable second-hand value, but only if the item is complete in original packaging with all accessories.

If a customer cancel’s an order for whatever reason then a transaction charge and holding fee will apply to the refund amount. The holding fee is 10% of the amount ordered.

We cannot refund any unwanted item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and accessories. Any item that has been modified, painted, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with or improper use will void the warranty.

Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Tactical Airsoft UK Ltd web site. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
