General Terms & Conditions
Please check your consignment before signing for it as we are not liable for damage during transit. The Customers signature is an acknowledgment that the goods arrived in good condition and have not been damaged during transit.

Conditions of Use
Tacticalairsoftshop.co.uk provided services are subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Tactical Airsoft UK Ltd, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Postage and Packaging Extra Information

Return Policy
If any item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify Tactical Airsoft UK Ltd within 24 hours of receipt via email. Once we have accepted the item for return, postage is at the customer’s expense. All items are checked before dispatch, to avoid damaged or faulty items being sent. We cannot refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and accessories.

We will only offer a refund on goods that are returned to us in the same condition within 14 days of purchase (unless faulty) this includes the display packaging that the goods are sold in. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. In the event of goods being returned as faulty which are subsequently found to be working properly, we will not refund shipping costs. Faulty goods can be returned to us after the 14-day period but we reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit. There will be a re-stocking fee of 10% for any goods returned.

Defects or damage to the product caused by accident, negligence, misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or alteration will not be refunded or exchanged. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Law are not affected. If you are unsure of your rights, a helpful reference can be found here: www.consumerdirect.gov.uk

IN THE EVENT AN ITEM(S) IS RETURNED TO US, THE ITEM(S) MUST BE SECURELY WRAPPED. PLEASE BUBBLE WRAP OR BOX THE ITEM(S) UP IN ADDITIONAL PACKAGING, IF AN ITEM(S) RETURNED TO US IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR NOT PACKED CORRECTLY NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.

We have 7-day money back guarantee on unused, sealed goods in a new resalable condition with all manuals and accessories. The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use. The item needs to be complete when returning including all accessories, original box and manuals.

Guarantee
All items we supply come with the following warranty.
AEP: 7 days
AEG: 2 weeks (This only covers the gearbox, there is no warranty on electrical components e.g. mosfet).
Accessories: no warranty
Consumables: no warranty
Gas Weapons: 2 weeks
Bolt Action Weapons: 2 weeks
Spring Powered: 2 weeks

Please Note: BATTERIES, CHARGERS AND ANY ACCESSORIES IN THE BOX ARE CLASSED AS FREE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED from our normal warranty.

The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental or deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use.

In the event a warranty claim is made we will collect, repair and return the item free of charge within the first 7 days. Outside 7 days we only cover parts and labor not the cost of postage to return the item.

In the event of a warranty claim, please first notify us by email and enclose the original invoice with the returned item.

No warranty or refund can be processed without the original invoice.

In the event of an item is sent to us within 7 days and the item is not faulty for example: battery not charged or incorrect ammo used; then a charge will be made for the return postage and the collection postage if applicable. This charge can vary depending on the invoice address.

We will not refund items that are not complete, without original packaging, or in resaleable condition.

We do not refund products that is faulty and we have offered to repair it. This does not include 2-tone products. If the above is requested we will offer you a refund in second hand value provided the item is in its original packaging with all accessories.

If a customer cancel’s an order after 24 hours for whatever reason then a transaction charge and holding fee will apply to the refunded amount. The holding fee is 10% of the value of the order.

We cannot refund any unwanted item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken, without original box, manuals and accessories.

Any item that has been modified, painted, accidentally or deliberately damaged, tampered with or used improperly will void the warranty.

Repairs
Our repairs are guaranteed up to 7 days after you have collected your item.

Uncollected Item
Any uncollected item left with us for over 30 days will be charged a £10 a month storage fee. Any item left with us for 6 months will be sold on to recover costs.

Changes In Terms
Tactical Airsoft UK Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Tactical Airsoft Shop website. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
