1. The Contract Between Us

When you place an order with Tactical Airsoft Shop, payment must be received in full before your order can be accepted.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email including:

• Your name

• Order number

• Total price

At this point, a legally binding contract is formed under these Terms & Conditions.

 

Any terms you attempt to include in your order will not apply.

We reserve the right to withdraw from any contract in the event of obvious errors or inaccuracies in product information or pricing.
If such an issue arises, we will contact you promptly to confirm whether you wish to continue or cancel your order.

2. General Terms

• These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• We do not accept amendments to these Terms.

• Additional terms may apply for competitions, promotions, pre-orders, or special services — you will be notified at the relevant time.

• Linked external websites operate under their own terms. We accept no responsibility for third-party content or operation.

• Sales are concluded in English.

3. Website Use

All text, graphics, trademarks, and content on this website are the property of Tactical Airsoft Shop.

You may:

• View, download, and print material for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without prior written permission.

• Create links to this site without our consent.

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

• The website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.

• All content is always up to date or fully accurate.

We are not responsible for any data loss or damage arising from website use.

4. Payment Information

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal

• Klarna

• Visa

• MasterCard

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Any currency conversions are handled by your payment provider.

When placing an order, a pre-authorisation check is carried out to ensure sufficient funds are available.

• Your card is not charged at this stage.

• Payment is taken only upon dispatch of goods.

• You will not be charged for items not shipped.

5. Product Availability

If an item is out of stock:

• We will notify you as soon as possible.

• Any payment taken will be refunded within 30 days.

• We do not offer additional compensation for stock shortages.

Please note:

• Special offers are subject to availability.

• Stock updates may take several hours to appear online.

6. Delivery & Inspection

Please inspect your delivery before signing for it.
Your signature confirms the goods arrived in good condition.
We cannot be held responsible for damage discovered after signing.

7. Returns Policy

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email or telephone.

Once a return has been authorised:

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with manuals and accessories included.

• Refunds are processed for items returned in resalable condition within 14 days (unless faulty).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

If goods returned as faulty are later found to be working correctly, shipping costs will not be refunded.
A 10% restocking fee applies to non-faulty returns.

Pyrotechnics can only be purchased in-store.
Online orders for pyrotechnics will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% processing fee.

Packaging Returns

All items must be securely packaged using suitable materials such as bubble wrap or boxes.
If returned goods are damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging, no refund will be issued.

8. Warranty

All products are supplied with the following warranties:

Spring Powered Weapons - 2 weeks

Gas Weapons - 2 weeks

Accessories / Consumables - No warranty

 

Batteries, chargers, and free accessories supplied with products are excluded from warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental or deliberate damage

• Misuse or modification

• Improper use or maintenance

• Tampering or unauthorised repairs

Warranty Claims

• Within 7 days: parts, labour, and return postage covered.

• After 7 days: only parts and labour covered (postage at the customer’s expense).

• The original invoice must be included — claims cannot be processed without it.

If an item returned as faulty is found to be functional (e.g., due to flat batteries or incorrect ammo), return shipping and collection fees will apply.

9. Order Cancellations

If you cancel an order for any reason, a 10% transaction and holding fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
