Please check your consignment before signing for it as we are not liable for damage during transit. The Customer signature is acknowledgment that the goods arrived in good condition and have not been damaged during transit.

Tacticalairsoftshop.co.uk provides services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Tactical Airsoft UK Ltd, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Return Policy
If any item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify Tactical Airsoft UK Ltd within 24 hours of receipt via email. Once we have accepted the item for return, postage is at customer’s expense. All items are checked before dispatch, to avoid damaged or faulty items being sent. We cannot refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and or accessories.

We cannot refund any item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and or accessories.
We will only offer a refund on goods that are returned to us in the same condition within 14days of purchase (unless faulty) this includes the display packaging that the goods are sold in. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. In the event of goods being returned as faulty which are subsequently found to be working properly, we will not refund shipping costs. Faulty goods can be returned to us after the 14 day period but we reserve the right to offer a replacement or credit instead of a refund. There will be a re-stocking fee of 10% for any goods returned.
Defect or damage of the product caused by accident, negligence, misuse, modification, improper voltage, unauthorized repair or alteration will not be refunded or exchanged.

In the event a warranty claim is made we will collect, repair and return the item free of charge within the first 7 days. Outside 7days we only cover parts and labour not the cost of postage to return the item.

If a customer cancel’s an order for whatever reason then a transaction charge and holding fee will apply to the refund amount. The holding fee is 10% of the amount ordered.
We cannot refund any unwanted item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and accessories. Any item that has been modified, painted, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with or improper use will void the warranty.
